We are seeking a responsible and dependable General Laborer with strong Mechanical Skills to support daily operations and maintenance tasks. This position requires someone who takes initiative, works safely, and demonstrates pride in their work. The ideal candidate is hands-on, mechanically inclined, and committed to keeping equipment and work areas running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

Perform general labor duties such as cleaning, organizing, and assisting with equipment setup and maintenance.

Troubleshoot and perform basic mechanical repairs under supervision.

Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and light machinery.

Inspect equipment and report mechanical or safety issues promptly.

Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure completion on schedule.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Support team members and supervisors with operational needs.

Requirements:

Proven experience in general labor, maintenance, or mechanical work.

Solid mechanical aptitude and knowledge of tools and repair methods.

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Strong attention to detail and sense of responsibility for quality and safety.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor for extended periods.

High school diploma or GED preferred.

Valid driver’s license preferred.
