The Role

Reporting to a Team Leader, the Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for engaging with customers, banks, valuers and other key stakeholders to progress a valuation request through to completion. The CSR works in a Contact Centre environment and is primarily responsible for engaging with customers to book in valuation appointments, manage the progression of valuation jobs and to ensure that the valuer has the information they need to complete their work.

The Customer Service Representative will:

• Manage and prioritise a queue of valuation jobs to be assigned to valuers within a defined period of time

• Schedule valuation appointments

• Engage with customers and other stakeholders via the telephone, e-mail and text message

• Manage and prioritise a range of back office tasks related to the progression of a valuation job through to completion

• Utilise Opteon and other systems in the completion of their tasks
