Nationwide Insurance is seeking candidates for a Digital Product Analyst Intern positions to join the Customer, Strategy and Innovation Office (CSIO) from May to August 2026 in Columbus, Ohio.
The Digital Product Analyst intern will help support the Run Organization by delivering capabilities that are closely aligned with Enterprise Innovation and Digital Organization (EIDO) strategic growth initiatives. This internship involves working as part of an agile team of product management professionals that provides support on product discovery and analysis efforts. This role will assist our product managers by helping build the case for investment and helping shape new and enhanced digital experiences for our members and partners. In addition, this role is responsible for ensuring proper requirement artifacts are created and estimates from dependent teams are successfully fulfilled.
Only Master's level candidates will be considered, from majors including: Business, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Statistics. Some analytical and/or technical background is preferred.
The ideal intern will have a passion for technology (Mobile, Chat, Voice, etc.), exhibit thought leadership and provide digital consultation to inspire change and create engaging experiences for partners and customers through digital journey reimagination.
The ideal candidates should demonstrate the following expectations:
1 - 3 years’ experience in conducting research, discovery and analysis activities in a higher-education and/or professional environment focused on customer-facing digital solutions.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to be tailored by audience (peers to executives)
Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative data.
Proficiency managing complex analysis tasks within a digital disciple.
Familiarity and experience with agile delivery methodologies and product management principles a plus.
Experience with Generative AI is a plus.
