We're seeking a Business Account Manager (AM) to join our growing Michigan team-someone who values relationships, teamwork, and continuous learning.

This position can be based out of either our Ishpeming or St.

Joseph office.

Who We're Looking For You don't need prior insurance experience-we can teach insurance.

We're looking for professionals with backgrounds in customer service, banking, finance, HR, or other business-to-business environments where communication and relationship-building are key.

What You'll Do * Build and maintain relationships with commercial clients and carrier partners * Manage renewals, coverage updates, and client onboarding * Partner with producers and internal teams to deliver timely, accurate service * Develop a strong understanding of insurance solutions and client needs * Balance detail, accuracy, and efficiency in a fast-paced environment This role requires obtaining a Property & Casualty Insurance License within the first 90 days of employment-TRICOR provides full training and support to achieve this.
