Grill Chef

Jubilee is recruiting for a talented and motivated Grill Chef to join the team at a modern boutique hotel located in the heart of Bath.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced chef with a background in open grill cookery and a passion for fresh, locally sourced ingredients. You will be working within a professional, dynamic team that takes pride in producing consistently high-quality dishes in a busy, open kitchen environment.

The ideal candidate will have:

Proven experience working on open grills in a fast-paced environment

A solid understanding of classical cooking techniques and sauces

A genuine passion for fresh food and quality ingredients

Strong teamwork, communication, and organisation skills

In return, you will receive:

A competitive salary of up to £38,000 per annum

Generous Tronc payments

40-hour working week, with the majority of shifts being straight
