While working under the supervision of a Licensed Engineer, together you will provide engineering solutions and recommendations as well as support our clients in their development initiatives.rnThis role includes performing technical geotechnical analyses, writing reports, and fieldwork.rnrnField Operations Coordination: Coordinating field exploration and drilling operations.rnSoil Sample Collection and Logging: Collecting and logging soil samples from the field.rnSolar Pile Load Testing: Working with a field team performing foundation load testing for solar energy facilities.rnSoil Testing and Analysis: Testing, analyzing, evaluating, and performing calculations to evaluate the behavior of the subsurface conditions relative to development.rnReport Preparation: Preparing written reports with findings and geotechnical opinions, conclusions, and recommendations.rnrn rnMinimum Qualifications:rnrnBachelor's degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering, Mining, or a related engineering field rn0-2 years of professional experiencernExcellent computer skills including at a minimum, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, AutoCADrnrn rnWorking Conditions and Physical Demands:rnYou are willing and able to perform the physical demands of this position with the use of Company-provided Personal Protective Equipment:rnrnWorking outdoors in varying weather conditions rnWalking over rough and uneven terrain rnRoutinely lifting and carrying 40-50lbs, (field/laboratory samples and equipment) rnManeuver field equipment safely, such as a loaded wheelbarrow, on uneven ground and around active construction sitesrnTraveling out-of-town (typically overnight) for assignments as necessaryrnWorking outside of normal business hours when necessary
