PART-TIME YOUTH MENTOR BENEFITS:

$15.00/Hourly Wage

Pay raise available after first 90 days upon successful completion of probationary period and training.

Monthly Phone Stipend

Flexible Schedule

PART-TIME YOUTH MENTOR ESSENTIAL DUTIES: WILL TRAIN, no previous experience necessary.

Monitor/supervise students

Follow daily program schedule - keep students on task

Co-facilitate group classes

Co-facilitate activities

Monitor and Secure Building/Grounds

Complete Safety Checks

Perform Other Related Duties as Assigned

Requirements

REQUIREMENTS TO APPLY FOR YOUTH MENTOR:

20 Years of age or older

High School Diploma or equivalent

Valid Driver's License & reliable transportation

Pass a Criminal Background Check through the Utah Department of Public Safety's Bureau of Criminal Identification

REQUIREMENTS IF HIRED AS YOUTH MENTOR:

Food Handler's Permit

CPR and First Aid Certification within 30 days of hire

Attend pre-service and annual trainings, as required
