Role Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Production Planner to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring accurate production planning, optimal inventory levels, and efficient coordination across departments to meet customer demands and operational goals.

About the Role

Verify and plan customer and stock orders for accuracy and inventory balance.

Arrange production orders considering delivery timelines, machine capacity, changeover requirements, and optimal run sizes.

Monitor daily production progress, consult with production management, and adapt plans to address disruptions.

Skills and Expertise

Proven experience in production planning and inventory control.

Strong analytical skills for calculating raw material and semi-finished product requirements.

Proficiency in planning software and ERP systems.

Excellent coordination and communication skills across production, maintenance, and engineering teams.

Ability to manage data changes related to customer specs, product standards, and machine capacities.

Expectation from Role

Ensure timely and accurate release of production orders and material vouchers.

Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to maintain production flow and resolve issues.

Support continuous improvement of planning tools and processes in alignment with IT and operational needs.
