Are you ready to lead a team that truly makes a difference? At Home Group, we’re looking for a dynamic Senior Client Services Manager to head up our passionate team delivering life-changing, person-centred support to individuals with Learning Disabilities (LD) and Mental Health needs.
What you'll do
Leading a passionate and motivated team to deliver efficient, high-quality, person-centred services aligned with contractual requirements—evidenced through customer satisfaction surveys and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Acting as the Safeguarding Lead for the service, ensuring robust safeguarding practices are embedded across the team
Overseeing Health and Safety checks and risk assessments, ensuring they are completed accurately and recorded in line with policy
Managing contracts, budgets, and KPIs, while building strong relationships with stakeholders and commissioners
Driving individual and team performance through coaching, competency assessments, and clear objectives—ensuring customers live in safe, supportive, and empowering environments

You have
The people skills to take others with you, to help others grow as well as the confidence to challenge behaviours misaligned to our values
Experience of delivering support in a housing or care environment
Experience of people management
Experience of managing multiple services and/or managing managers
To get from A to B, you’ll need a vehicle insured for business purposes. The great news is that we’ll pay your mileage!
The practical bits
Usual working hours are Mon-Fri 09:00-17:00. However, a flexible working pattern can be discussed at interview, with the possibility of occasionally working from home
Basic knowledge/aptitude of Microsoft Word and Excel is essential
You’ll need an Enhanced DBS check done which we pay for
