Dispatcher & Negotiator

$30/hour – Full-Time

What You’ll Do:

Dispatcher/Admin Duties (Phone + Desk Work):

Answer inbound calls from sellers with professionalism and clarity

Collect order details and enter them into ZippyKind (our dispatch platform)

Organize, schedule, and assign pickups to drivers

Keep communication flowing and tasks on track

Handle multiple moving parts with focus and care

What We’re Looking For

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Comfortable using tech tools (we’ll train you on ZippyKind and phone systems)

Able to follow directions and provide real-time updates

Full-time availability (Monday to Friday) — this is a stable, long-term role

Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented

Multitasking comes naturally — whether from previous jobs, parenting, or both

Experience in dispatch, admin, customer service, or delivery is a plus (but not required)
