Solution Specialist (Applications)

Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business users to understand application-related needs and translate them into technical solutions.

• Work with project teams in the implementation of new application solutions, system integrations and deliver application-related deliverables within scope, timelines and business expectations.

• Build, manage and maintain system documentation, user manuals, and support materials for end users (Including technical documentation).

• Initiate, plan and conduct systems related training for end users of the organization.

• Manage application life cycles, including upgrades, patching, system enhancements and changes with minimal business disruption.

Person Specifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Software Development or similar field.

• Knowledge on Software development, Project management & technical evaluations

• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and efficiently.

• Effective communication skills to liaise with various departments, stakeholders and global service providers

• 1 -2 years of industry experience in similar capacity.
