Are you a creative professional with a passion for transforming ideas into visually stunning designs? We’re looking for a Home-Based Production Artist to support our U.S.-based client in creating high-quality graphics and mockups for promotional products. In this role, you’ll handle logo vectorization, product proofs, and design presentations that align with brand guidelines and client expectations.

REQUIRED CORE COMPETENCIES

Creative and Detail-Oriented: Demonstrates strong visual design skills and precision in artwork finalization.

Technically Skilled: Expert in Adobe Creative Suite and well-versed in color management and file formatting.

Organized and Efficient: Manages multiple design projects under tight deadlines without compromising quality.

Adaptable and Resourceful: Handles design revisions and workflow changes with professionalism and creativity.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Vectorizing logos, saving them to the proper file format, and crafting mock-ups for the sales team's use

Setting type and sizing imprints on promotional products

Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations.

Pulling product templates from supplier websites to create proof.

Sending proof to customers for review and approval.

Ensuring approved orders are smoothly transitioned into the production phase and monitoring order status to prevent delays.

Communicating with internal teams and clients for revisions or suggestions.

Assessing project specifics and creating a final product that adheres to those requirements

Ad hoc tasks aligned with those mentioned above.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field.

Experience: 1-3 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Production Artist, or other relevant experience.

Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.

Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.

Technical Skills:

Proficient with Adobe programs, specifically Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Acrobat Pro, and InDesign.

Proficient in both Microsoft and Google applications.

Technically savvy and have a solid understanding of file formats, image optimization techniques, and color management.

Demonstrates ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities through organization and priority setting while meeting stringent deadlines.

A strong portfolio that demonstrates your creative and technical skills in graphic design, as well as your ability to deliver visually impactful designs.

WHAT WE OFFER

Salary Range: PHP 45,000-50,000

Job Type: Full-time

Work Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST (USA)

Workdays: Wednesday through Saturday
