As part of their expansion, they are looking for a seasoned Construction Superintendent to manage on-site operations for an exceptional luxury housing project in Coral Gables.

Position Overview

The Construction Superintendent will play a vital role in overseeing all on-site construction activities, ensuring timely project completion within budget while achieving the highest quality standards. This position demands outstanding leadership, a profound understanding of high-end construction processes, and the capability to manage complex finishes, luxurious materials, and discerning clientele.

Key Responsibilities

Direct daily on-site construction operations, ensuring adherence to plans, specifications, and schedules.

Lead and coordinate the efforts of subcontractors, tradespeople, and field personnel.

Maintain project timelines; proactively identify and resolve potential delays.

Conduct quality control inspections and uphold exceptional standards befitting luxury construction.

Ensure job site compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Facilitate regular progress meetings with project managers, architects, and property owners.

Work closely with the project management team on budgeting, scheduling, and logistical considerations.

Review and approve subcontractor performance, change orders, and punch lists.

Keep precise project documentation, including daily logs, inspections, and as-built drawings.

Exhibit professionalism while engaging with clients, designers, and consultants.

Qualifications

8+ years of construction experience, with a minimum of 5 years as a Superintendent on high-end residential projects.

Demonstrated success in delivering luxury homes or boutique multifamily projects valued over $5M.

In-depth knowledge of high-end finishes, custom millwork, and architectural detailing.

Adeptness in reading and interpreting architectural and engineering drawings.

Outstanding leadership, communication, and organizational capabilities.

OSHA certification and a strong commitment to maintaining job site safety.
