The Senior Analytic Solutions Advisor AI is responsible for driving innovative analytic solution development for Payment Integrity & driving product innovation through advanced analytics & AI. The role is focused on Fraud & Abuse as well as Provider Education. Solid partnership with Operations, Product and Technology teams is expected. The role plays a vital part in initiating advanced analytics, promoting solutions, and advocating businesses to adopt analytic products and services that solve real business objectives/problems (savings and efficiency).
**Primary Responsibilities:**
This person will align top-down analytic strategy, identify opportunities in AI, engage stakeholders, and execute programs. They must be able to consult with Executives, ideate new products/services & lead multiple complex projects.
+ Aligning to strategy and roadmap
+ Partner with the business & analytic teams to develop, implement, and maintain an analytics strategy that achieves business goals
+ Develop and maintain the analytic roadmap for the assigned area, ensuring alignment with the full portfolio. Support annual planning and prioritization for the upcoming year
+ Identify opportunities and design solutions
+ Identify and research key industry, company, and operations issues, providing insight to the teams
+ Act quickly to seize opportunities to leverage analytic services in innovative and new ways that drive broader and deeper value for our clients
+ Have a process-mindset and identify where analytics can perform best in multiple steps in the PI process
+ Engage stakeholders and execute programs
+ Establish solid matrixed relationships with internal and external stakeholders to define, align, and execute analytic solutions that support new PI savings and benefits
+ Engage with innovation and growth teams to execute programs that incorporate analytic aspects
+ Promote advanced analytic services and support communication strategy/marketing
+ Create programs that build awareness and understanding of our advanced analytic services, highlighting how they compare to industry best practices (across spectrum of AIML e.g. Machine Learning, GenAI, Agentic AI)
+ Participate in demonstrations and sales presentations as needed
This is an individual contributor role and does not have any technical programming responsibilities. The role requires a resilient & resourceful individual, capable of managing ambiguity while being comfortable positioning themselves to lead on complex initiatives. A quick-learning and problem-solving mindset is essential to manage analytic deliverables at a rapid pace in a highly matrixed environment.

**Required Qualifications:**
+ Proven knowledge of fraud and risk management concepts, ideally within the healthcare industry
+ Experience with advanced analytical techniques (e.g.ML, Gen-AI, Agentic AI), advanced analytics & data science organization or role
+ Ability to identify the root cause of an issue, break it down, & develop a clear, effective solution
+ Ability to translate complex analytic results into meaningful insight for maximum customer impact and influence
+ Proven solid leadership presence, influencing, and emotional intelligence skills
+ Demonstrated proactive mindset. Demonstrated initiative and creativity by originating new ideas, anticipating, and implementing next steps
+ Ability to "tell the story" using data and metrics
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Experience in the Payment Integrity/US health care industry
+ Experience with Lean & Six Sigma process improvement methodologies
