Customer Contact Centre

Hang Seng's Customer Contact Centre has been ranked one of the best phone banking service providers for consecutive years. Our team strives to provide professional services for a wide range of banking products to address customers' different services and financial needs.

We are currently seeking high caliber professionals to join our Relationship management team as Relationship Support Officer, reporting to Manager, Relationship Management

Principal responsibilities:

+ Provide efficient, support to Relationship Managers in delivering a consistent, high quality customer services to maintain active customer contact and improve portfolio intimacy and customer connectivity including answer incoming phone calls for Relationship Managers

+ Proactively solicit business referral to support Relationship Managers to grow their business portfolio & activity planning

+ To ensure smooth daily administrative and operations support are right in place for Relationship Managers in handling customers and working counterparts related matters

+ Ensures all activities are in compliance with the requirement of the Bank and regulatory authorities

Requirements:

+ University degree in Business Management, Banking, Finance or a related discipline OR other relevant qualification is preferable

+ Passes the Hong Kong Securities Institute Licensing Examination and IIQE preferred

+ Proven experience in banking/financial services work experience

+ Strong sales and customer service orientation, with self-motivation and ability to work under pressure

+ Good understanding of banking products market trend, product knowledge, and product development

+ High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers

+ Good communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in both English and Chinese, with proficiency in Putonghua will be an advantage
