Chef de Partie – 1 AA Rosette Restaurant & Event Venue £30,000–£32,000 + £7,000 Tronc 4-Day Week

Location: Oxfordshire

Salary: £30,000–£32,000 base + approx. £7,000 annual tronc

Hours: 45 hours per week 4 days on, 3 days off Paid overtime available

Accommodation: Live-in potential for the right candidate

The Opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join a dedicated brigade and take ownership of your own section. You’ll play a key role in preparing and delivering high-quality dishes, maintaining standards, and supporting a kitchen that thrives on creativity, collaboration, and precision.

This is a role that offers autonomy, balance, and progression, with the flexibility to work independently while being supported by a strong senior team.

Your Role

Run your section confidently and maintain the highest standards of quality and organisation

Work closely with senior chefs to ensure smooth service and consistent output

Prepare, cook, and present dishes to 1 AA Rosette standard

Maintain a clean, efficient workstation and uphold kitchen hygiene standards

Contribute to menu preparation and daily specials

Support junior team members with training and guidance

Take initiative while collaborating as part of a close-knit team

About You

Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef in a fresh food or AA Rosette kitchen

Passionate about local, seasonal ingredients and modern British cuisine

Strong organisational and communication skills

Calm, reliable, and professional under pressure

Keen to develop and progress within a respected, quality-led venue

Team player with pride in your work and your section

What’s on Offer

£30,000–£32,000 base salary + approx. £7,000 annual tronc
