Reliant Staffing Solutions/RSS Medical is seeking a travel nurse RN Interventional Radiology for a travel nursing job in Carbondale, Illinois.Job Description & RequirementsSpecialty: Interventional RadiologyDiscipline: RNStart Date: ASAPDuration: 13 weeks36 hours per weekShift: 8 hours, daysEmployment Type: Travel Job Summary – Interventional Radiology RN (Southern Illinois Healthcare)\n\n- Full-time, 4x10 hour shifts (Days: Monday-Friday, 8am-6:30pm), with on-call as required\n- New contract position (not an extension) in Interventional Radiology\n- Assess patients’ mental, physical, and spiritual needs prior to procedures\n- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans with multidisciplinary team\n- Provide patient and family education, explanations, and instructions regarding procedures and care\n- Proficient in administering moderate sedation and monitoring patient response\n- Use nursing clinical judgment to recognize and report changes in patient conditions\n- Maintain accurate and complete medical records\n- Manage conflicts and contribute to a positive, healthy workplace environment using professional communication\n- Ensure compliance with Core Measure responsibilities related to patient care\n- Participate in ongoing continuing education and professional development\n- Required Certifications/Licensure: Current Illinois RN license, BLS/CPR, and ACLS\n- Experience in a similar acute care or procedural setting (preferred) Reliant Staffing Solutions/RSS Medical Job ID #3860.
