OUR – Kitchen Bar Events

at Valencia Cay Clubhouse - Riverland

The clubhouse offers an indoor cafe and patio seating, Outdoor Bar and poolside service for the residents enjoyment.

Our community has a fun and friendly atmosphere, making it a desirable place to work. We have lively social events which we know will keep the workplace fun and exciting.

We are seeking individuals who are passionate about food and delivering exceptional customer service. We want our team to have a fun and friendly attitude that will produce a welcoming and inviting atmosphere for all the community members. Salary: Starting Pay Rate $28

Prior experience in one of the following roles and brands: KM, Sous Chef, Exec Chef in such restaurant like Kyle G’s, PGA National, Cheesecake Factory, Lynora's is highly desirable.Requirements/Responsibilities

Requirements:

• Culinary degree or fantastic work experience

• 2 years experience working in a professional kitchen

• Inventory and Data management experience

• Knowledge and experience in all roles of the kitchen

• Banquet and Catering Experience

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills

• An understanding of health and safety and food safety regulations (Serve Safe)

• High energy

Responsibilities:

• Able to work in a team environment and welcome feedback and direction.

• Prepare Menu Items and specials consistently.

• Responsible for daily kitchen operations

• Directs and Manages line cooks.

• Ordering food and keeping inventory

• Keep kitchen work area clean.
