Job Description
FOX is seeking a dynamic Recruiting Coordinator to join our team and contribute to delivering a top-notch recruitment experience. In this role, you will engage with interviewers and candidates throughout the recruitment process and provide essential support to our recruitment team by assisting with interview coordination, maintaining data and ensuring a positive candidate & hiring manager experience throughout the hiring process. Building strong relationships with hiring managers, the talent acquisition team, and candidates will be crucial for success.
Snapshot of Your Responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule interviews efficiently to ensure a seamless process.
Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring all parties are informed of interview details.
Provide scheduling support for talent acquisition team meetings.
Maintain a strong candidate and hiring manager experience, striving for excellence.
Analyze recruitment data to derive valuable insights and contribute to process enhancement.
Develop and manage team documentation and sites for streamlined operations.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives for recruitment coordination.
Communicate with candidates to provide necessary information about the company, position, and interview process.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Support the recruitment team in coordinating pre-employment checks and reference checks for selected candidates.
Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and preparing reports
What You Will Need
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Previous internship or coursework related to human resources or recruitment is preferred but not mandatory.
Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
Self-motivated with keen attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
Capability to assist with technical tasks such as updating SharePoint sites and creating PowerPoint presentations.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems is advantageous.
Willingness to learn new programs as required.
Capacity to handle diverse workloads and prioritize tasks while maintaining confidentiality.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Aptitude for recognizing and escalating pertinent issues, tasks, and requests.
Ability to interpret recruitment data effectively.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
