The Clinical Supervisor will oversee the delivery of high-quality behavioral health services within a school-based and community setting. This role includes supervision of clinical staff, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and supporting program development and implementation. The ideal candidate will be a licensed professional with strong leadership skills and a commitment to trauma-informed care.
Provide clinical supervision to licensed and non-licensed staff.
Ensure adherence to agency policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
Review and approve clinical documentation including assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.
Facilitate team meetings, case consultations, and staff development sessions.
Monitor service delivery to ensure quality and effectiveness.
Support onboarding and training of new clinicians.
Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to coordinate care.
Participate in audits, quality assurance reviews, and program evaluations.
Maintain a small caseload as needed.Requirements:
Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
Active Ohio licensure as LISW or LICDC.
Minimum of 3 years post-licensure clinical experience.
Prior supervisory experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of trauma-informed care, evidence-based practices, and behavioral health systems.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in electronic health records and documentation standards.
