About This Role

Join our UK Property & Asset Management Data Management team as a Data Analyst, where you'll play a crucial role in maintaining data integrity across our property portfolio. Working in partnership with our global team in Gurugram, you'll ensure accurate data management that supports critical business decisions and client services.

Key Responsibilities

Data Management & Quality Assurance

Partner with the Data Team in Gurugram to ensure seamless global operations

Review and interpret lease agreements and related property documentation

Validate data captured by team members and automated systems for accuracy and completeness

Execute timely data transfers into management databases while meeting service level agreements and KPIs

Database Administration

Maintain comprehensive records for clients, properties, and units within management systems

Support smooth transitions for new client instructions and portfolio changes

Take ownership of the complete data management process from input to validation

Conduct regular database maintenance and participate in accuracy reviews with management

Stakeholder Collaboration

Serve as primary liaison for operations teams within the Property & Asset Management department

Monitor landlord and tenant covenant compliance

Support critical event management reporting and controls

Assist with internal and external audit information gathering

Project Support

Contribute to various project initiatives as business needs arise

Implement process improvements to enhance data quality and efficiency
