General Production Worker – 2nd or 3rd Shift
Location: Kingston, NY
Pay Rate: $19–$20/hour
Shift Options:
2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM (5% shift differential)
3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM (10% shift differential)
Note: All new hires must train on 1st shift for the first 2 weeks.About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented General Production Worker to join our manufacturing team. This role supports the production of filtration media and systems in a GMP-compliant environment. You’ll be responsible for preparing raw materials, operating production equipment, and ensuring quality standards are met.Key Responsibilities
Operate production machinery and follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
Weigh and mix raw materials for batch production
Assist with equipment setup and monitor production schedules
Conduct visual inspections and basic quality control tests
Accurately document production details for each batch
Perform material handling and maintain cleanliness of the work areaRequired Qualifications
Prior experience in manufacturing, production, or general labor
Basic math skills
Strong attention to detail
Effective communication and documentation skills
Willingness to learn and follow safety protocolsPreferred Skills
Experience with assembly, packaging, or packing
Familiarity with hand tools and production equipmentWork Environment
Mid-sized manufacturing facility with 55+ employees
Production team of 20+ and a small shipping department

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.43 - $20.35/hr.
