Key Responsibilities: * Conduct thorough assessments of customers' HVAC needs and recommend suitable products and services.
* Generate leads through proactive outreach, networking, and collaboration with marketing initiatives.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with residential customers, ensuring satisfaction throughout the sales process.
* Provide accurate and detailed quotes, addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly.
* Stay informed about industry trends, products, and competitor offerings to effectively position our services in the market.
* Collaborate with the installation and service teams to ensure seamless execution of customer commitments.
* Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a high level of integrity and professionalism.
Recommended Qualifications: * Proven experience in residential HVAC sales.
* Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and components.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
* Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Computer/software skills to effectively produce proposals, job costing, takeoffs, etc.
* Follow up when appropriate with preventive maintenance for the client.
* Ability to work the schedule required as the job demands and customers require * Follow up on all in-house generated leads for retrofit projects, developing the relationship with the client.
