What You'll Do
The Sr. Manager, AI & 3D Design will lead the exploration, testing, and integration of emerging technologies into our creative workflows across graphic design, photography, and copywriting. The ideal candidate is a curious, collaborative creative leader who is passionate about driving efficiency and innovation while ensuring alignment with our brand identity.
Specific Responsibilities
Research, explore, and evaluate cutting-edge AI and 3D technologies relevant to creative design, photography, and copywriting.
Conduct hands-on testing and pilot programs to assess the effectiveness, efficiency, and brand alignment of new tools and methodologies.
Lead the integration of validated technologies into existing creative workflows, documenting best practices and providing training to team members.
Manage the change implementation process, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to ongoing projects.
Develop and manage ROI analysis on new technology proposals and implementations in collaboration with the Director and cross-functional partners.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Fine Arts or related field with 7+ years of professional design experience; experience in AI-driven & 3D design required.
Proven experience in successfully integrating new technologies into creative workflows, including demonstrable efficiency gains.
Strong understanding and experience with AI tools (ex: generative AI, image synthesis, automated editing such as Midjourney, Firefly, Runway, ChatGPT, Sora, etc) and 3D software (ex: Blender, Cinema 4D, Unreal Engine, etc).
Must be proficient in Adobe CS5 Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Flash, Dreamweaver; Familiarity with emerging AI-driven creative solutions is preferred.
Must possess a clean, modern design sense, as well as the ability to apply that sense during the design problem-solving process; Equally comfortable with print and interactive design is necessary.
Must be service oriented with proven ability to foster a cooperative, results-driven work environment. The ability to comfortably interface with all levels of management and staff to communicate cross-functionally in a structured and clear manner, influencing others is also required.
Must be self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and show constant entrepreneurial initiative. Must be highly organized, deadline-driven and goal- and results-oriented.
Must have an extremely flexible/adaptable attitude and enjoy a "startup" mentality.
Ability to travel as needed.
Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
Experience with Microsoft Suite and Artificial Intelligence Tools
