Responsibilities:
Develop and implement engaging, standards-aligned curriculum
Use data-driven instruction to personalize learning and meet diverse student needs
Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum and assessment and school-wide initiatives
Participate in professional development opportunities and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement
Communicate regularly and effectively with parents and guardians to support student success
Contribute to the school community by taking on additional roles as needed
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education (emphasis in math is preferred)
Valid Illinois teaching certification for elementary education
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in technology integration in the classroom
