As Associate Site Reliability Engineer, you'll support the performance, reliability, and security of enterprise infrastructure across development and production environments.

This entry-level role focuses on automation, monitoring, and incident response in a secure, mission-critical setting.

What you'll do: * Assist in monitoring and maintaining infrastructure performance and availability across development and production environments.

* Support CI/CD pipelines and automation for system monitoring, patching, and recovery.

* Troubleshoot service disruptions and assist with root cause analysis and resolution.

* Collaborate with operations, engineering, and cybersecurity teams to support secure and scalable system operations.

* Document system events, changes, and performance metrics in accordance with operational standards.

* Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

What you'll need to succeed: * Active DoD Secret Clearance or the ability to obtain one.

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.

* 0-2 years of experience in systems engineering, DevOps, or site reliability engineering.

* Familiarity with CI/CD tools and automation frameworks (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Ansible). * Basic scripting skills in languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.

* Exposure to cloud and virtualization technologies (e.g., AWS, OCI, VMware). * Understanding of system monitoring, alerting, and log analysis tools.

Knowledge of backup, restore, and disaster recovery procedures.

SALARY RANGE: $73,000 - $89,000 The salary range for this position is determined based on qualifications, skills, and relevant experience.

The final salary offered will be determined based on several factors including: * The candidate's professional background and relevant work experience * The specific responsibilities of the role and organizational needs * Internal equity and alignment with current team compensation * This role is also eligible for additional compensation, subject to the terms and policies of MetroStar, which may include: * Performance-based bonuses * Company-paid training and/or certifications * Referral bonuses
