If you're ready for a new adventure in a dynamic, expanding, passionate, international company, join us ! We are looking for a Finance Operations & Supply Chain Analyst to strengthen our team and actively contribute to improving the performance of our food production sites.

Are you passionate about operational excellence, turning financial data into actionable insights, and supporting strategic projects?

In this key role, you will act as a true business partner-both a supporter and a challenger-contributing to day-to-day operations as well as strategic transformation initiatives.

Your Main Responsibilities * Collaborate closely with the Operations & Supply Chain Director to assess and support strategic projects (industrial investments, capacity studies, site development, etc.). * Provide critical and constructive insight into operational projects, acting as a real decision-making partner.

* Design, develop, and maintain KPI dashboards to monitor performance, investments (CAPEX), and other key indicators.

* Help implement robust processes and governance frameworks (CAPEX, reporting, KPIs, etc.). * Play a key role in budgeting and financial forecasting processes, both locally and at the group level.

* Work in synergy with local and Group Finance and Operations teams to monitor continuous improvement projects and cost-saving initiatives.

* Contribute to stock analysis and optimization at both regional and group levels.

* Take an active role in the digital transformation of financial and operational performance tools.

* Provide operational and analytical support for the Sourcing & Procurement scope (updating reports, improving data reliability, integrating newly acquired entities). Your Profile * 5+ years experience in finance and product cost calculations * Strong analytical mindset.

* Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (Excel and Power BI tools). * Excellent communication skills, team spirit, agility, and proactiveness.

* Prior experience in an international industrial environment, supply chain, or cross-functional work is a strong plus.
