Security Guard - Residential Building

Commissionaires BC is currently looking for a security professional to work at a residential community in Richmond.

Position hours: Friday to Monday 2pm till 10pm

Payrate: $20.62/hr

Your Must-Haves:

A valid BC Security License

Fluent English written, verbal and reading skills

Some of your responsibilities include:

Provide superior customer service to residents of the building

Perform regular exterior and interior patrols

Provide access control

CCTV monitoring

Respond to alarms

Investigate security incidents, escalating as necessary

Maintains a safe environment for all personnel and the public

Keep a written log of all incidence and occurrences

Your Nice to Haves:

Class 5 drivers license

Experience working in a residential building

OFA 1
