Position: ALLIED-Respiratory Therapist (Travel/Contract)

We're hiring experienced ALLIED-Respiratory Therapist for a 13-week contract in Corvallis, Oregon — earn up to ($2295 - $2416 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities

Administer respiratory therapy treatments to patients as prescribed by physicians.

Monitor and assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.

Educate patients and families on respiratory health and treatment options.

Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

Collaborate with healthcare team to optimize patient care and outcomes.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient treatments and progress.

Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards in respiratory care.

Utilize performance metrics to evaluate and improve personal effectiveness.

Contribute to team goals and support colleagues in achieving targets.

Assist in the development of respiratory care protocols and best practices.

Stay updated on advancements in respiratory therapy and related technologies.

Engage in community outreach to promote respiratory health awareness.

Experience/Qualifications

Valid Respiratory Therapist license for Oregon and relevant certifications.

Commitment to ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

Experience in administering respiratory therapy treatments in a clinical setting.

Excellent communication skills for educating patients and families on treatment options.

Strong ability to monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans effectively.

Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team for optimal patient care.

Experience with documentation and compliance in respiratory care settings.
