Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the full logistics value chain freight forwarding, transport, and contract logistics

Drive operational excellence and performance improvement through data-driven decisions

Lead and mentor the executive team, building a strong, results-oriented culture

Support growth initiatives across business development, sales, and marketing

Champion innovation, digital transformation, and compliance to futureproof the organisation

Job Experience and Skills Required:

CA(SA) preferred

20+ years experience in logistics, freight forwarding, customs, and transport, including at least 5 years in an executive role

Proven success in driving turnaround, growth, and strategic transformation

Deep understanding of the logistics value chain and commercial operations.
