I am looking for a money-motivated, self-starter to be a part of our amazing sales team. This position REQUIRES previous REMOTE SALES EXPERIENCE working for a State Farm Agent, with a proven track record.
I prefer a Texas resident if possible.
This is a great opportunity for the right person and can be very lucrative since there is no cap on monthly commissions.
My minimum expectations for this position include monthly goals for Auto, Home and Life and Health.
Auto =24 apps per month
Fire = 10 apps per month
Life = 4 apps per month
I am looking for a "go-getter" that is aggressive and money hungry!

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about State Farm insurance products
Develop leads, make calls from internet leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
Follow word tracks for best results and increased sales
Willingness to learn and motivated by money QUALIFICATIONS:
3 years or more insurance sales experience with State Farm
Successful track record of attaining monthly goals

Ability to work in a team environment
Property and Casualty license REQUIRED
