Location: Windom, MN

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field

A valid Minnesota ABS teaching license or SLD License

Job Description

Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) for each student

Plan, organize, and assign activities that are specific to each student's abilities

Teach and mentor students as a class, in small groups, and one-on-one

Implement IEPs, assess students' performance, and track their progress

Update parents on their child's progress

Work collaboratively with school staff to improve the overall learning environment for students
