The Role: Mercury Process Specialist

A great opportunity has become available for a 12-month fixed term position to join the ANZ Compounding Operations team, reporting to the Global Inventory & Systems Manager.

Based in Old Toongabbie, you will be responsible for supporting the Mercury Project team and business stakeholders in the implementation of Mercury Drug and TPN Systems and associated processes across compounding sites

Key Responsibilities:

Investigate system and process issues related to implementation of Mercury Drug and TPN Systems.

Work with key stakeholders on needed enhancements including articulating and documenting the requirements.

Review of proof of concepts or proposed design solutions including mapping out current and future state.

Preparation and execution of test scripts, update of process documentation, oversee implementation including post implementation review.

Support Reporting systems such as Power BI, SQL, DAS and BI Cognos (ANZ) including integrity of information presented through these reporting systems.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

Strong talent for multi-tasking and managing competing priorities effectively.

Exceptional analytical and organizational skills.

Detail oriented, self-motivated and able to respond quickly to fast-moving and ever-changing environment.

Ability to engage with many levels within the organization and across different segments of the business.

Ability to learn quickly and prioritize appropriately to meet customer needs.

Works independently within established procedures.

Functional experience using ERP system (Oracle/JDE) and reporting systems.

Adaptability and flexibility when faced with challenges.

Qualifications:

At least degree qualified in an appropriate discipline such as Information Systems/technology, business, analytics or science.

At least 5 years’ experience in one or more of systems, processes, analysis, trouble shooting, reporting and change management.
