Corporate Associate Attorney

RBPRSLLC is looking for candidates to fill the position of Corporate Associate Attorney. On-Site/Hybrid position in Toledo OR Columbus, OH. No visa sponsorships supported, no agencies please.

This position can sit in any of the following offices: Columbus or Toledo, Ohio; we are open to a hybrid/remote candidate for the right fit. What you will be doing:

Experience you will need:

Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school

Admitted to Ohio bar or eligible for admission

Minimum of 3+ years of professional corporate law experience

Strong technological skills

Excellent research skills

Project management skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Analytical and problem-solving skills Salary: $140,000 - $160,000/year
