Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Clear tables of dishes, cups, utensils and drinkware after each customer

Maintain a clean and sanitary server station

Ensure cleanliness of the dining rooms and other areas.

Serve beverages, water and other drinks as necessary

Set up dining tables as requested.

Stack and un-stack chairs and put tables in order.

Polish glassware and silverware as necessary

Interact and coordinate with hosts and service staff to ensure effective service.

Maintain best practices in maintaining cleanliness in bussing services.

Qualifications

Ability to communicate and listen to team members and guest

Dedication to working as a team towards one goal

Great customer service skills

Experience as a busser is a plus
