Data Analytics Team Manager - Leyte

Work Address: Cebu Work Set-up: Onsite Monday to Friday Night shift Job Description: We are looking for Data Analysts for our e-Commerce platform who are adept in MS. Excel. Having proficiency in Excel formulas, lookup functions, text functions, and data validation can give you an edge. You need a very fine eye for detail and a deep understanding of data analysis tools and databases. Responsibilities:

Analyze and compile data from various sources using Microsoft Excel.

Create numerical and graphical reports.

Ensure compliance with internal control procedures.

Collect data from multiple platforms.

Create and audit product listings on Amazon and Shopify.

Identify and report discrepancies and root causes.

Recommend process improvements for team efficiency. Requirements:

At least 1 year experience in analyzing data or reports generation using MS Excel

Advance Excel skills (formulas, functions, shortcuts)

Strong English communication skills

Ability to work independently and with attention detail

Graduate of a Business or IT-related course.

Willing to work on graveyard or shifting schedule during peak seasons

Willing to start as soon as possible
