We are looking for a Account Specialist who will provide end-to-end support to customers throughout the purchase process—from inquiries and orders to delivery, returns, and after-sales assistance. Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer concerns via phone, email, and chat.
Process orders, returns, and refunds accurately.
Provide product information and technical support.
Build strong customer relationships and ensure satisfaction.
Collaborate with the account management team to resolve issues.
Upsell or cross-sell products when applicable. Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
with 2 years of experience in sales, project management, or customer service
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Interest in interior design is an advantage.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
Amenable to work in a hybrid work setup in Angeles, Pampanga
