The organization provides certification services for leading frameworks such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and food safety schemes including IFS and BRC, as well as specialized programs covering the agriculture, livestock, and fisheries sectors.
Role Overview The Program and Certification Manager is responsible for the technical implementation and maintenance of the companys MSC (Marine Stewardship Council) and ASC (Aquaculture Stewardship Council) certification programs at both global and local levels, ensuring the quality and consistency of all related services.
Key Responsibilities: * Implement and maintain the MSC/ASC Chain of Custody certification system globally and locally.
* Develop and refine procedures supporting local certification operations.
* Coordinate activities within the management system, including internal audits, management reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Oversee training, qualification, and performance monitoring of auditors.
* Maintain direct contact with the MSC and ASC organizations.
* Draft and manage cooperation agreements with internal and external partners.
* Plan, request, and evaluate Level:2 audits, including review of audit reports and annual performance assessments.
* Ensure continued global accreditation compliance.
* Review audit packages and make certification decisions post:approval.
* Manage and monitor subcontractors involved in certification activities.
Profile Requirements: * Bachelors or Masters degree.
* 1:2 years of experience as an Auditor.
* Strong understanding of audit and certification processes.
* Knowledge of the international fisheries and aquaculture industries.
* Core competencies: sound judgment, integrity, and clear communication.
* Excellent command of Dutch and English (spoken and written).
