Job Title: Sous Chef : Beach Club Location: Noordwijk, Netherlands Salary: A,2,200 : A,3,500 gross per month based on experience A well:established beachfront restaurant in Noordwijk is looking for a Dutch speaking Sous Chef to join its experienced kitchen team.

The venue offers a dynamic combination of à la carte dining, events, and beach service, with an international menu that changes twice a year.

As Senior Sous Chef, you will support the Head Chef in managing a strong and stable kitchen team.

Youll oversee the day:to:day operations of a high:volume restaurant that balances quality, creativity, and efficiency:serving guests both in the main restaurant and during private events.

You will also contribute to the development of seasonal menus, ensure smooth coordination across all kitchen sections, and play an active role in leading and mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities * Support the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations across restaurant and event service * Lead and motivate a team of 10 and up to 30 chefs depending on the season * Oversee preparation and execution of à la carte, catering, and event menus * Maintain high culinary standards and consistency in every service * Ensure effective planning, stock control, and cost management * Uphold hygiene and safety regulations at all times * Contribute ideas for seasonal menu updates Candidate Profile * Proven experience in busy, high:quality kitchens (restaurant, hotel, or catering) * Strong leadership skills and confidence managing a diverse team * Experience in international cuisine * Proficiency in Dutch is a must; knowledge of the local region is a strong advantage * Hands:on, team:oriented, and adaptable to seasonal workload changes Job Title: Sous Chef : Beach Club Location: Noordwijk, Netherlands Salary: A,2,200 : A,3,500 gross per month based on experience If you would like to have more information about the role, please apply or send your cv to social corecruitment/ facebook/COREcruitmentDOTcom/ Tweet us COREcruitment
