We are a leading recruitment company in Sri Lanka, looking for a sales executive for a leading furniture and interior company, The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the furniture, interior design, or building materials industry, with a proven ability to achieve targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company revenue and growth objectives.

Identify and generate new business leads through field visits, client meetings, and networking within the furniture and interior industry.

Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, and end customers.

Present and demonstrate furniture and interior solutions that meet client needs and design preferences.

Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and presentations to prospective clients.

Collaborate with the design and operations teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities.

Maintain accurate sales records, update CRM systems, and prepare periodic sales reports.

Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events to represent the brand.

Qualifications & Skills

Education: Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field.

Experience: 2–3 years of experience in sales within the furniture, interiors, or building materials industry (field sales experience preferred).

Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Strong network of contacts within the design, architectural, or construction community.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for design and aesthetics.

Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in the field.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally as part of field sales duties.
