Our SugarCRM will be the central system to manage our Sales Excellence program The role of Sales Excellence Manager will drive commercial execution by improving sales practices, understanding customer needs, and enhancing commercial processes to produce qualified leads, improve close rate, and increase Customer satisfaction for profitable growth.

* Pipeline & Leads - Drive accountability of lead and pipeline stages.
* Customer Journey Mapping - Understand customer supply chain and execute a channel strategy that successfully drives the touchpoints.
* Sales Tools & Training - Utilize SugarCRM to streamline the sales process as well as offer training that develops the sales team.
Essential Functions: * Sales Excellence Process: * Sales Process Design & Optimization: Mapping and improving end-to-end sales workflows.
* Sales Enablement: Equipping teams with training, tools, and content.
* Performance Management: KPIs, dashboards, and analytics to monitor and improve sales activities.
* CRM and Sales Technology Utilization: Driving effective adoption of CRM systems and digital tools.
* Territory and Quota Management: Ensuring balanced and optimized coverage.
* Forecasting and Pipeline Management: Establishing accurate, consistent methods * Roles and Responsibilities: * You will play a pivotal role in elevating sales performance across the organization.
* Develop and execute the Sales Excellence roadmap in alignment with business goals.
* Partner with senior sales leadership to define and implement best-in-class sales strategies.
* Identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities using data and stakeholder input.
* Design, implement, and optimize standardized sales processes and tools.
* Lead sales enablement initiatives including onboarding, training, and content development.
* Monitor sales performance through KPIs, dashboards, and reports.
* Drive CRM adoption and data quality improvements.
* Support territory planning, quota setting, and resource allocation.
* Act as a liaison between Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams.
* Lead change management efforts to ensure successful implementation of sales initiatives.
- Facilitate feedback loops between field sales and internal strategy teams.

Job Specifications: * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
* * 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Excellence, or Sales Strategy.
* Strong knowledge of sales methodologies, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce or SugarCRM), and analytics tools.
* Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills * Sales experience or strong customer-facing interaction.
* Strong project leadership experience with demonstrated success in managing teams, projects and initiatives in parallel.
* Filter, prioritize, analyze and validate potential complex and dynamic material.
* Developed communication and diplomacy skills required to guide, influence, and convince others (internal and external). * Excellent Trainer for both classroom sessions as well as 1:1 training and coaching.
* Strong cross-functional strategic leadership, communication and teamwork skills.
* Excellent oral & written communication skills.
* Travel according to business needs, mainly in USA, Ireland, Europe and potentially Asia.
