Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a critical need Labor & Delivery position with night shifts and high-risk OB experience preferred.
Responsibilities
Work in a Labor & Delivery unit within a hospital setting
12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
13-week assignment with a 36-hour work week
Must have a 6-month gap since last permanent position with Kaiser to be eligible
No radius restrictions—local candidates receive the same rate as travelers
COVID vaccination required for consideration
No restrictions on assignment or extension length, but total assignment should not exceed 12 months
Requirements
Active RN license in the state of California
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
At least 1 year of recent (within the last 3 years) full-time Labor & Delivery experience
Current BLS certification
Current Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program certification
High-risk OB experience within the last 2 years is preferred
Bachelor’s degree in nursing or related field is preferred
Five or more years of recent Labor & Delivery experience is preferred
