Position: RN – Ortho Surgery (Night Shift) Specialty: Orthopedic Surgery RN Shift: Nights 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM Start: ASAP Rate: $90/hr Work Type: Full-time Temp-to-Perm: Available Patient Population: Ortho patients including joint replacements, fractures, shoulders, and podiatry cases Experience: 1+ year in ortho or similar nursing specialty preferred Certifications: BLS, RN license in state of employment or compact Requirements & Duties: 1:5 nurse/patient ratio Rotates float to Med/Surg Tele if not needed in ortho Weekend and every-other-week on-call required Administers medications/treatments, monitors for effectiveness and side effects Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates patient care Provides patient/family education Documentation of patient history, symptoms, medications, and care Practices independently in a complex ortho surgical environment Specialty: Orthopedic Surgery RN – Night Shift
