Kmart Group are seeking a dynamic Learning and Capability Partner to lead the design, development, and delivery of innovative learning initiatives that build organisational capability across our Stores network.
In this pivotal role, you’ll collaborate with key stakeholders to implement People & Capability strategies, manage high-impact leadership programs for store team members, and craft engaging, multi-channel learning solutions that foster a strong leadership pipeline. From workshops and webinars to cutting-edge eLearning, your work will be grounded in best practices and tailored to meet evolving business needs.

What you’ll be doing
As a Learning and Capability Partner at Kmart Group, you will be:
Leading end-to-end project management for the design, delivery, and evaluation of leadership programs across Kmart and Target stores.
Collaborating with stakeholders at all levels to ensure a nationally consistent approach to learning and capability initiatives.
Delivering key role pathway programs including Kickstarter, Pathway to Department Manager, and Store Leadership Induction
Partnering with L&C Instructional Design team to develop digital learning and resources.
Using AI-driven tools and insights to amplify the learning experience, personalise content, and optimise program delivery across channels.
Coordinating program logistics, scheduling, communications, and stakeholder engagement to ensure seamless execution.
Monitoring feedback and performance metrics to continuously improve learning solutions and drive measurable business outcomes.
Facilitating leadership programs and workshops, support 360/self-assessments, and contribute to team-building initiatives.
Staying ahead of industry trends and best practices to inform design strategies, process improvements, and future capability planning.
To be successful in this role you'll have:
Proven experience partnering with senior leaders to deliver impactful learning outcomes across multiple locations.
Strong capability in data analysis, reporting, and deriving insights to measure and improve program effectiveness.
Skilled in designing and delivering training solutions for diverse, dispersed audiences using contemporary learning technologies.
Demonstrated end-to-end project management and ability to manage multiple fast-paced initiatives simultaneously.
Expertise in learning needs analysis, stakeholder engagement, and influencing across large, complex organisations.
Experience with 360 feedback, psychometric tools (e.g., Saville, DiSC), and facilitation of leadership programs both in-person and virtually.
Proficient in using digital learning platforms, including LMS, animation, multimedia, and microlearning techniques.
Commercial acumen with strong problem-solving skills, high-quality delivery focus, and a drive for continuous improvement.
