What will your typical day look like?

As a Robotic Process Automation Developer, you’ll design and deliver automation solutions that transform processes and create measurable impact. From ideation to deployment, you’ll be hands-on across the full project lifecycle—collaborating with Business Analysts, stakeholders, and subject matter experts to build innovative automations using UiPath, Automation Anywhere, and MS Power Automate. You’ll maintain and monitor live automations, provide Level 3 support, and drive continuous improvement to keep our infrastructure scalable and robust. Along the way, you’ll share knowledge, solve complex challenges, and shape how Deloitte delivers smarter, faster outcomes for its clients.

You’ll be part of an open and supportive team within the ITS Quality Assurance practice, working alongside automation specialists, analysts, and business champions. Enough about us, let’s talk about you.

You may have all or some of the following skills / experiences:

2–3+ years’ experience designing and delivering RPA solutions – strong in UiPath (essential), with Automation Anywhere or MS Power Automate a bonus.

Sharp problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to complex challenges.

Experience in agile and/or waterfall project delivery.

Confident stakeholder communicator with strong relationship-building skills.

Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Self-motivated and collaborative, thriving both independently and in a team.

Highly organised, quality-driven, and focused on delivering results.

Tertiary qualification in a related field (desirable).
