We are seeking an exceptional Manager or Senior Manager to join the Quality & Risk team! What will your typical day look like?
This is an exciting opportunity for a career-focused Manager or Senior Manager to join our Quality & Risk Team and immerse yourself in the advisory business within Assurance. In this role, you will work with a national team:
You’ll be at the centre of supporting our business on opportunities and engagements where you will be expected to flex your problem-solving skills to anticipate risks, recommend actionable solutions, and promote risk-intelligent behaviours throughout the opportunity and engagement lifecycle
Work closely with cross-functional teams, senior leadership and other Deloitte staff to tackle various risk-based scenarios
Review business documents such as proposals, engagement contracts, non-disclosure agreements and marketing material and provide advice from a quality & risk perspective
Lead the analysis and implementation of key risk insights through quality & risk monitoring and reporting activities
Train and educate our people on quality & risk processes and practices through Q&R learning delivery
Support a culture of innovation and process improvement within the team
About the team
As part of the A&A Quality & Risk team, and the broader CRO community within Deloitte, you’ll join a diverse team that collaborates closely to support A&A Partners and practitioners in building a culture centred on quality and risk intelligence.
