Key Responsibilities:
Business Administration Support
Oversee daily operations, maintain organized records, manage invoicing processes, and assist in budget tracking.
Dashboarding & Reporting
Collect, clean, and visualize data; build actionable dashboards; generate regular operational reports for leadership.
Daily Organization & Follow-up
Own the Director’s to-do list, calendar, and inbox; follow up with internal teams to ensure tasks are completed on time.
Administrative Support
Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and distribute action items to ensure accountability and momentum.
What We're Looking For:
Exceptional Organizational Skills
Juggling priorities and deadlines with ease.
Tech-Savvy
Expert in Excel and Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, charts). Familiarity with project management tools like Asana, Trello, or Monday.com is a major plus.
Detail-Oriented
Accuracy in handling data, communications, and task management is crucial.

Anticipates needs, solves problems independently, and keeps projects on track without being micromanaged.

Basic Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field. Relevant experience (2-3+ years) may substitute formal education.
Experience:
Minimum 2-3 years in a similar Personal or Executive Assistant role, ideally with responsibilities in data management, reporting, or office administration.
Technical Skills:
Advanced Excel/Google Sheets (Required)
Microsoft Office Suite / Google Workspace
Familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, etc.) is a plus
Experience with project management tools preferred
