In this role, you will be responsible for managing all customer segments, driving sales and distribution, and expanding our business with existing clients.

You will be entrusted with a large territory and will play a critical role in our continued growth.

This position requires a strong understanding of the electrical products market, particularly switchgear, and excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities: Manage all customer segments within the assigned region, with a focus on the Middle East.

Drive sales and distribution of our switchgear and electrical product range.

Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share.

Cultivate and strengthen relationships with existing customers to drive business growth.

Manage a large territory effectively, optimizing sales coverage and resource allocation.

Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned region.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction.

Provide regular sales reports and market analysis to management.

Product Exposure: Switchgear range Electrical products Experience: 10-12 years of experience in the electrical industry, with a focus on sales and distribution.

Proven track record of success in managing international sales territories, particularly in the Middle East.

Strong understanding of switchgear and other electrical products.

Skills: Essential:Effective Communication (written and verbal) Technical Knowledge (Switchgear and Electrical products) Accountability & Ownership Process Oriented Confidence Preferred: An existing network of contacts within the Middle East electrical market.

Experience with CRM software.
