Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000 annually 100% On-site

Key Responsibilities

Assist with month-end close and preparation of journal entries

Maintain and reconcile general ledger and balance sheet accounts

Support internal financial reporting and variance analysis

Assist with AP/AR review for accuracy and accounting alignment

Prepare supporting schedules for audits and financial reviews

Participate in process improvement and internal control initiatives

Qualifications

2-4 years accounting experience preferred

Knowledge of GAAP and internal accounting processes

Experience with ERP systems or mid-market accounting software

Strong Excel proficiency and data accuracy

Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Organized, detail-focused, and comfortable working on deadlines
