Position Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Excel professional to support a high-volume billing initiative. This role involves working with large datasets, performing advanced lookups, and building dynamic reports to ensure billing accuracy and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Use VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables to reconcile and analyze billing data.
Collaborate with operations and billing teams to streamline data workflows.
Identify and resolve discrepancies in billing records.
Maintain and improve Excel-based tools for tracking and reporting.
Assist in automating repetitive tasks and improving spreadsheet performance.
Document processes and provide support to team members as needed.
Qualifications:
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data validation techniques.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Experience working with large datasets in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
